How long does the battery take to charge?

The Off Grid Lite takes approximately 2-4+ hours to reach a full charge. Once full make sure to unplug — avoid leaving it on charge overnight or continuing to charge once the battery is full. This helps maximise your battery life and reduces wear and tear over time.

How far does it go?

On a full charge you're looking at up to 60km on full electric or stretch it out to 120km on pedal assist — plenty of range for commuting, weekend rides or just getting out and exploring.

Does it arrive assembled?

All Off Grid bikes arrive ready to build and are designed to be assembled easily at home. Everything you need is already in the box — a full tool kit, step by step manual and all the hardware required to get your bike road ready. Most riders have their bike fully assembled and ready to ride within a couple of hours. No professional tools or mechanical experience needed — just follow the manual and you'll be hitting the road in no time.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Off Grid Lite comes backed by a 12 month warranty covering the battery, motor, controller, display, throttle, headlight, tail light and main wiring. If something goes wrong just reach out with a short video or photo of the issue and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
